cfDNA\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u958b\u95e2\u4e86\u816b\u7624\u5b78\uff0c\u5a66\u79d1\u5b78\uff0c\u79fb\u690d\u548c\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u9818\u57df\u7684\u65b0\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA\u6e2c\u8a66\u5e02\u5834\u6839\u64da\u5176\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u985e\u578b\u548c\u5340\u57df\u9032\u884c\u7d30\u5206\u3002\u5728\u61c9\u7528\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e02\u5834\u5206\u70ba\u816b\u7624\u5b78\uff0c\u5a66\u79d1\u5b78\u548c\u79fb\u690d\u5b78\u3002\u6309\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u5e02\u5834\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7d30\u5206\u70ba\u6350\u8d08\u8005\u884d\u751f\u7684\u7121\u7d30\u80de\u7684DNA\uff08ddcfDNA\uff09\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u5728\u8840\u6db2\u5faa\u74b0\u7121\u7d30\u80de\u7684DNA\uff08ctDNA\uff09\u548c\u7121\u7d30\u80de\u80ce\u5152\u6e38\u96e2\u65bc\u6bcd\u8840\u7684DNA\uff08NIPT\uff09\u3002(donor derived cell free DNA (ddcfDNA), circulating cell-free tumor DNA (ctDNA) and cell-free fetal DNA (NIPT). \u6350\u8d08\u8005\u884d\u751f\u4f86\u6e90\u7684\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA\u6aa2\u6e2c\u901a\u904e\u8b58\u5225\u8840\u6d41\u4e2d\u4f9b\u9ad4DNA\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u6216\u5b58\u5728\u4f86\u6aa2\u67e5\u79fb\u690d\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u79fb\u690d\u7269\u6392\u65a5\u3002\u5728ctDNA\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e2d\uff0c\u6aa2\u67e5\u816b\u7624<\/strong><strong>\u200b\u200b<\/strong><strong>\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5c3f\u6db2\uff0c\u553e\u6db2\u6216\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u816b\u7624DNA\u4ee5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7a81\u8b8a\u3002\u5728\u7522\u524d\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e2d\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u6536\u96c6\u651c\u5e36\u8a72\u80ce\u5152DNA\u7684\u5b55\u5a66\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u5728\u80ce\u5152\u4e2d\u9451\u5b9a\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7570\u5e38\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7531\u65bc\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u5b55\u5a66\u5e74\u9f61\uff0c\u6539\u8b8a\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e0d\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u7fd2\u6163\u548c\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u589e\u52a0\u7b49\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7570\u5e38\u7b49\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u7387\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\u9084\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u91ab\u7642\u652f\u51fa\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u63a8\u52d5\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u5176\u4ed6\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5982\u7f3a\u4e4f\u719f\u7df4\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u9ad8\u6e2c\u8a66\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u4e0d\u8ca0\u64d4\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u6e2c\u8a66\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\uff0c\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\u5831\u92b7\u653f\u7b56\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u6307\u5c0e\u65b9\u91dd\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u539f\u56e0\u963b\u7919\u4e86\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u589e\u9577\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5404\u7a2e\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u8edf\u4ef6\u548c\u6539\u9032\u7684\u6e2c\u5e8f\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6280\u8853\u901a\u904e\u6e96\u78ba\u548c\u5feb\u901f\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u6e2c\u8a66\u8cea\u91cf\u3002\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA\u6e2c\u8a66\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e3b\u8981\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u662fAgilent \u3002\uff0cQuest Diagnostics\uff0cRoche Holdings AG\uff0c<\/strong><strong>\u200b\u200b<\/strong><strong>Sequenom<\/strong><strong>\uff0cInc\u3002\u548cTrovagene\uff0cInc\u3002\u5168\u7403\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5e02\u5834\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7af6\u722d\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u90fd\u53c3\u8207\u901a\u904e\u5408\u4f75\u548c\u6536\u8cfc\u958b\u767c\u65b0\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5e02\u5834\u4e26\u4fdd\u6301\u5176\u5e02\u5834\u4efd\u984d\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u7f85\u6c0f\u63a7\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\uff08Roche CareDx\uff0cInc\u3002\u6536\u8cfc\u4e86Allenex X)\u548c\u514b\u6c0f\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4(Klinefelter syndrome,
